No automatic renewal
Packages are prepaid for 3, 6 or 12 months and are not renewed or charged to the card automatically.
Seven-day review requests
Contact us within 7 days of payment if you need the transaction reviewed. Each request is assessed based on activation, usage, completed work and applicable law.
Custom work
Amounts for custom design, development or onboarding become non-refundable after the agreed work starts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us if you see a duplicate charge or incorrect amount. A charge confirmed as erroneous will be refunded after review.
Requesting a review
Email the transaction reference, account email and reason to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 5 business days; bank processing may require additional time.
