Service
ChatPromo provides an AI front-desk platform for conversations, leads and appointments. Available features and limits depend on the subscribed plan.
Fees and service term
Packages of 3, 6 or 12 months are paid once in advance and displayed prices include applicable tax. The card is not charged automatically for renewal.
Customization and setup
Custom design, development or onboarding outside the standard package requires a separate quote and clear approval before work starts.
Usage limits
The standard package includes 500 AI conversations per month. We provide usage warnings and do not add usage charges without clear approval.
End of term
Service continues through the paid-through date. To avoid interruption, the business owner selects and pays for a new package manually before or after that date.
Content and data
The business owner is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, instructions and content supplied to ChatPromo. The service must not be used unlawfully or to violate third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may update the service or these terms and will communicate material changes when required.
